| About the Builder David Richardson is the 3rd generation in his family to be in the construction industry and is a native of Louisville. At David Richardson Builder, our goal is to only build 10-15 houses a year to ensure time for each job. David pays close attention to the details of a home. He also uses only top quality contractors on each and every one of his homes. David Richardson Builder, Inc. is registered with the National Association of Home Builders and a member of the Home Builders Association of Louisville. The business is family owned and operated. |

David Richardson Builder, Inc. does 10 to 15 homes a year, ranging in price from $150,000 to over $500,000. As a “hands on builder,” David Richardson will often do custom trim, framing, and ceramic tile himself. We have a great working relationship with subcontractors. |
